We currently don\'t have a Trigger that fires based on where the mouse cursor is position on your web page.
I\'d suggest you create a BASIC SITE NOTIFICATION Trigger.
The Trigger will fire on all pages of your website (main and sub-pages).
Example: If the visitor hasn\'t initiated a chat after a minute, your Trigger will fire. You can create an engaging call-to-action message, that creates curiosity and interest and encourages visitors to reach out and chat.
